GRAFF at ARCHITECT@WORK UK l Building Construction Design

ARCHITECT@WORK UK 2016, the two-day trade fair aimed at architects, designers and specifiers, has now opened at London’s Olympia National 27-28 January.

Over 90 leading architectural suppliers from Europe offer the latest innovations in surface solutions, lighting technology as well as interior and exterior fixtures and fittings.

All of these companies have gone through a rigorous selection process, with an external judging panel overseeing the product selection.

This year’s London ARCHITECT@WORK has chosen wood as its theme.

Curator Annabelle Filer said:

“We are delighted to have been asked to examine wood in this way. As a natural material it has so much depth to its uses and is so versatile. Our exhibition aims to explore this in an architectural context.”

Exhibitors
The UK launch of the S1 sauna from KLAFS is at ARCHITECT@WORK. Since 1928, KLAFS has been creating places of relaxation for the body and spirit. The S1 is the world’s first sauna to retract at the touch of a button.

GRAFF is showing three products including the award-winning shower head, Ametis Ring. Its fluid, halo design connects the user with nature. With two distinct water unctions, the user can effortlessly switch between a rain and waterfall setting.

HAVER & BOECKER presents its 3D Mesh Façade that offers infinite freedom to create individual building envelopes. The transparency of the architectural mesh can be customised to meet project-related requirements concerning ventilation and/or solar protection.

In partnership with Remago, Level Office Landscape presents the Smart Wall and Smart Desk. The desk is a computer and the wall a monitor that enables users to share content in meetings, either at the same table or in different locations.

Esthec® Terrace presents its new colour Blanc de Blancs. This high-quality decking is durable, splinter-free and simple to maintain. It feels comfortable on bare feet due to its lower temperature and provides excellent slip resistance even when wet.
